The upgraded semiconductor testing and sorting machine has made a quantum leap in performance. The dual shuttle loading mechanism reduces the number of occupied workstations and further enhances loading speed, enabling uninterrupted feeding. This significantly minimizes the impact of turret changes on equipment efficiency.






​Tray盘采用了高精度传动机构与直线导轨相结合的先进传动方式,确保了Tray盘在运行过程中的高度平稳性,在保护产品的同时,提升设备稳定性。



The tray plate uses an advanced transmission method combining high-precision lead screws and linear guides, ensuring high stability during operation and effectively preventing damage to semiconductor chips caused by mechanical vibration or shaking.







​2个不良品分BIN料盘,支持多种放料方式,XY轴移动精度高;方案也采用了无尘拖链,能够有效防止粉尘产生。
