对空测试模块:通过开放式结构来完成空气状况下的测试,测试完后产品跟着socket一起转至下一站,采用产品和socket一起运动方式,从而提高光感检测的准确性和效率。
灰卡测试模块:通过布置灰卡来完成挡光情况下的测试。可配合人机界面,实现灰卡高度的自动调节,以适应不同的测试条件,确保光感检测的高质量。
光源测试模块:通过安装光筒方式完成产品在光源情况下的测试,可通过测试机调节灯光的亮度,确保IC检测的准确性,同时有效降低设备的功耗。
每个模块都可以通过加装对应零件进行切换,实现自由组合,以满足多样化的测试环境要求。
It can support up to 9 test stations and has three different test modes:
NPT test module:the test is completed through an open structure under normal pressure and temperature.After the test,the unit together with the socket is transferred to the next station.This structure can improve the accuracy and efficiency of light sensing detection.
Test with gray card module:the test under light-blocking conditions is carried out with a gray card.It can work with the HMI to automatically adjust height and adapt to different test conditions to ensure high quality of light-sensing detection.
Test with light module:the test under light -source conditions is carried out with a light tube.The brightness of the light can be adjusted by handler to ensure the accuracy of IC inspection and effectively reduce the power consumption.
Each module can be switched by installing corresponding components to achieve fee combination and meet the various test conditions requirement.

镭射站配备小盘面,实现快速精准定位,打印精度高,偏差极小。产品定位和方向转换精确至0.005毫米,角度精度高达0.1度。
The laser station adopts a small disc surface, which is fast, accurate in positioning, and has small printing deviation. Accurate positioning and reversing of the product, with a positioning error of 0.005mm and a directional accuracy of 0.1 degrees;
